The González García family has developed its business activity for four decades in the agricultural and livestock farming and construction sectors, constituting a conglomerate of companies that lacked a link between themselves, both at the corporate level and in brand image and communication. When the second generation of the family takes over management, it undertakes a reorganization of its entire structure aimed at better transmitting its character as a family group and, at the same time, facilitating the growth of new lines of business. In this way, all activities related to construction come under the Onzaga umbrella brand.
Narita was responsible for creating not only the naming and the Onzaga logo, but also to generate a brand narrative that brought together all activities in a coherent way, at the corporate level and commercial strategy discourse. The objective was, on the one hand, to unify activities and services and, on the other, to raise the brand image, giving the company greater potential. A new image and narrative focused on transmitting its experience, solvency, resources, high qualifications and logistical capacity, as well as its future projection.
For naming, a formula was sought in which the family origin of the company would have its mark, combining ounce of González and ga of Garcia. A unique and genuine name, without connotations, and with a powerful sound that transmits energy and strength. To imprint these same values on the logo, a specific typography with a forceful, geometric and angular character was created that appealed to the group's activity in the field of construction.
The implementation of this new brand was carried out not only at the level of corporate supports such as stationery, website and dossiers, but also on all devices and work materials: tarpaulins, fences, facility signage, fleet of vehicles, helmets or vests. , among others. Additionally, a seal was designed with the legend “Grupo Onzaga - Hijos de González García” that perfectly communicates the evolution of the company.
In addition to designing the new image, the creation of the new group would never have been effective if a brand and visual narrative had not been built in accordance with the change. This involved a deep analysis of the values with which the brand had to be associated, a meticulous structuring of services and the search for an appropriate tone of voice. Likewise, it also required the creation of a photographic archive under an art direction that reflected the renewal and professionalism of the company. All of this was applied to the website, the new corporate dossier, the videos and visual pieces for social networks, as well as a spot of company.
