Point of departure

A strategic consultancy
It doesn't start with sketches.

We understand strategic consulting as a process that begins by sharing knowledge, so the first thing is to do a total immersion in the industry or project sector of our clients.

We delve into the ins and outs of your sector and your own, analyzing in parallel the trends of your market in order to propose a brand and communication strategy from a broader perspective.

Phase 1

Connect

But no more filling out the contact form, a couple of emails and following us on social media... Really connect. We visit you and, if possible, you visit us too. We try to understand if we are on the same wavelength and speed and, if so, we continue with the process.

Phase 2

Immersion

You tell us everything about your project, your sector and the particularities of your company. We, for our part, will do our own research on your plan, your industry and its trends and, of course, your competitors, the sphere you aspire to and who is already there.

Phase 3

Proposal and validation

We will align your project and expectations with a strategic approach, which we will specify in a proposal at the level of design, narrative and communication style. Between the two of us we will finish defining and adjusting the proposal until we reach validation to move forward.

WE WILL ACCOMPANY YOU UNTIL THE END

Implementing a strategy goes beyond the design of a brand.

Hopefully the whole process would culminate with the design of a logo, a website or a catalogue. The number of supports in which a strategy has to be applied can be considerable. From here, we ensure that the implementation is effective and faithful to what was projected, taking charge of the design and development of each application and its production. We cannot ensure the quality and effectiveness of the strategy if we do not implement it ourselves.

Phase 4

Implementación

We will take the strategy to all areas, designing from corporate material, dossiers and commercial pieces to digital applications and even spaces, generating, in parallel, a narrative, both at a literary and visual level, adapted to the needs of each channel.

Phase 5

Tracking

Once the strategy has been implemented, it is advisable to monitor that it offers the results that were sought, correcting everything that could work better. Establishing a relationship of continuity will help ensure progress is not distorted and will help develop new initiatives.
