A mimetic graphic image
My Tokyo was a temporary exhibition at the city's CS Design Center, with which the Japanese firm Nakagawa Chemical wanted to show the decorative versatility of its Iromizu vinyls.
The Spanish studio Stone Designs was in charge of its design: an installation inspired by his personal vision of the city's urban landscape, which Narita transferred, in turn, to a graphic image.

For the design of the My Tokyo exhibition, the Madrid studio Stone Designs was inspired by the city's aesthetics and urban architecture. An installation that expressed the architectural style, color and contrasts characteristic of Tokyo through a geometric synthesis of its urban landscape, playing with the varied tones, transparencies and textures of the Iromizu vinyls.
Narita formulated a graphic image that blended with this exhibition design conceived by Stone Designs, so that both the logo and the set of applications transmitted the variety of colors, transparencies and textures of the vinyls, as well as the architectural and urban character of the facility. The exhibition required not only the creation of a graphic image and spatial graphics, but also its application in promotional media such as brochures, flyers, advertising and digital publications.
