Peronda Group is a Spanish ceramic flooring and wall covering company with almost 200 years of experience and an international presence in more than 100 countries. To improve the marketing and projection of its products, prior to starting the collaboration with Narita, it had already been working on how to differentiate them through the creation of different brands. This new strategy involved converting what had been its name for decades, Peronda, into one of these brands, while continuing to present it as the name of the entire business group. Thus, Peronda Group today brings together four brands, each with its distinctive qualities and style: Peronda, Museum, Harmony and Kedra. Narita was the studio chosen to develop the Peronda brand.
The biggest challenge when addressing this new strategy was to ensure that Peronda began to become and identify itself as a brand, with a line of products and very specific values, and without this generating a conflict, on the other hand, with the name of the company: Peronda Group. As for the brand approach, it required building it from scratch associating it with a highly technological product that, however, materializes in designs with a strong inspiration from nature.
In close collaboration with the company, in the first phase Narita generated the brand's comprehensive narrative at a visual and communication level. On the one hand, the values that would define its personality were worked on, based on a very versatile product of great quality and realism in terms of textures, with a variety of formats and details that are only possible through technological development promoted by the company – for which the 4D Tech concept was devised. On the other hand, the brand was associated with nature as the main inspiring engine, building scenarios that were specifically transferred to the visual narrative, under an artistic direction marked by Stone Designs.
With the distributor of Peronda products as the final recipient, its implementation is requiring all types of supports: from display furniture to points of sale, sample books and annual catalogues, website and publications on social networks and even 3D software for simulations. It is a brand for which we work continuously, reviewing and improving the strategy. In addition, the company is also trusting us for the development of the Peronda Group identity.
