The client

Blå Station is one of the best-rated Swedish furniture brands in the field of design. He is always one step ahead and, at the same time, he does not let the market set his pace. Their interest is focused on producing innovative designs that provide something worth launching and that represent an alternative to what already exists. But the fact that a design has not been made before is not a sufficient reason for this Swedish firm. It must also be able to propose a new approach with respect to form, function, materials or its production process.

The project

Our partners in projects related to interior design, the Madrid studio Stone Designs, have been designing for Blå Station for more than a decade. It is the only Spanish studio that works for this innovative Swedish brand, a collaboration from which a new type of product emerged, both for the firm and the market: modular decorative acoustic panels. So that they could efficiently communicate the distinctive values of their design, we created audiovisual pieces that would show their composition possibilities and their simple installation.

Implantation

The collection of modular decorative acoustic panels designed by Stone Designs for Blå Station includes three products: Ginkgo, Gaia and Arc. An individualized clip was created for each of them, plus a general one that reviews all the models in the collection, associating this new type of product with its designers and the brand. They are conceived from a neutral visual narrative, which would allow their use both in communication channels and at a commercial level.

The visuals had to be able to show in a brief format the multiple strengths of each of the designs. On the one hand, its modularity and compositional versatility, highlighting the genius that all of this is possible from just a single piece. On the other hand, its simple assembly system, which allows you to easily modify the composition. And, finally, its texture, since these are elements made of felt, a material with excellent acoustic and tactile properties.

Through computer-generated images, we create a very dynamic visual narrative that progressively affects all these essential aspects of each of the designs. To do this, we intersperse short shots, which show the details of each model and its installation, with more open views of a spatial nature, where the collections are seen applied in an environment, their chromatic possibilities and their versatility to create different compositions that, in addition , they can be changeable.
