Else is a German property development company that specialises in modern luxury homes. With property developments in Germany, Switzerland and Great Britain, they decided to expand to Marbella too.

Narita designed the marketing material for its first villa in the Cascada de Camoján housing development, linking their luxury to experiences and modern-style spaces.

Else villas are known for their modern architecture and interior designs. These luxury homes offer a full experience in terms of space, functionality and finishes, where the way technology and the house blend into the environment is crucial.

At a glance, they are not ostentatious villas. Their luxury is based on using architecture to provide an exceptional living experience, with interior designs and fittings designed under today's design codes. This was the luxury concept that Narita was to convey through the marketing material for Else’s first development on the Costa del Sol.

To do so, Narita produced audiovisual materials and a narrative that would reflect these values, stressing the harmony and comforts of living in a space designed to offer the best experiences. Inspiring items that thrust the limelight on the sensations rather than the design of the villa. For the promotional brochure we also created 3D pictures of the spaces with detailed decoration, similar to architecture and interior design magazines.
